Holy crap, an update, after what, a year?

Yeah, I'm now a sophomore at Cornell doing the chemical engineering thing. I consistently try to do too much in too little time.

Speaking of which, I need to get to sleep.

Yes, I have tons of photos from Mexico this summer, but my computers and filesystems are in complete disarray after 2 hard drive failures...but don't worry, I always keep my photos backed up duplicately. Eventually, I'll post some. Maybe Thanksgiving.

Glad to hear about the duplicity. I'm still lecturing friends about the need for that. They'll learn- I use raid 5 (4x200gb Seagates) and 2 cold spares if need be. I think I'm going to phase them all out and move to SATA drives... more capacity and lower heat. I hope.
